About Us
Meet Cortney
Cortney Heykoop has been in the banking and financial services industry since 1999. Cortney graduated from The Catholic University of American in 1998 with a dual degree in International Economics and Finance. While spending most of her career in finance, she also owned and operated Heykoop Photography for a handful of years when her children were young. This entrepreneurial experience was highly successful and gave her the confidence and experience to take on larger pursuits. After reentering the finance world in 2015, Cortney dreamt of stepping out on her own as an independent financial advisor.
In September of 2018, she opened the doors of Clover Leaf Wealth Strategies. Cortney focuses on financial planning for families and small businesses with a passion for the special needs market.
Cortney is actively involved with various chapters of the Arc and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Arc of Loudoun. She is also a member of The Society for International Development, the Lucketts Ruritan Chapter, the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, and multiple Boosters Clubs/PTAs. Cortney resides in Lucketts Virginia with her husband, Justin, and three children. When not taxiing children to and from soccer, dance or gymnastics, Cortney enjoys time at Deep Creek Lake with family, friends and her favorite camera.
